Respiration

  • In lying position,breathing calmly,place you hands first on your chest and try to understand what your main breathing pattern is.In diaphragmatic breathing you will feel a greater movment of the belly compared to the chest.

    In thoracic breathing,you will feel agreater movment of the chest during inhalation, the air enters and the chest inflates, exhalation the air comes out and the chest deflates.

    It is advisable to make short intense efforts, such a lifting a weight throwing out the air.
